What we collect
When you send the order form: the name and phone number you enter, the product you chose and the country version of the site.
Automatically with the order: your IP address, the date and time, the address of the page you ordered from and, if you arrived from an advertisement, its campaign parameters (for example utm_source).
When you only browse: our hosting provider records technical server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) to keep the site secure and running.
Why we use it
We use your name and phone number for one purpose: so that a consultant can call you to confirm the order, agree on the delivery address and arrange delivery.
The technical data helps us prevent abuse of the form and understand which pages and advertisements lead to orders. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell your data.
Legal basis
You give us these details yourself in order to place an order. We process them to take the steps you ask for before a purchase is concluded, and on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form. Protecting the form against abuse is our legitimate interest.
Who receives your data
The order is passed to the supplier of the product, or to the partner network and call centre acting for the supplier, who contacts you by phone and ships the parcel through a courier.
Orders reach us through a messaging service (Telegram), and the site runs on the servers of a hosting provider; both process data on our behalf. Some of these recipients may be located outside your country; in that case the data is transferred only as far as needed to process your order.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign parameters in the link are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that they can be attached to your order.
How long we keep it
We keep order data only as long as it is needed to process the order and to answer questions or complaints about it; after that it is deleted. Server logs are deleted on the hosting provider's regular schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent or object to its use. Write to contact@stopcancertogether.org and tell us the phone number you ordered with, so that we can find your order.
You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority of your country.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
