No. It is a massage cream; joint problems are diagnosed and treated by a doctor.
How much should I use?
A pea-sized amount for each area, massaged in until absorbed; the 30 g jar lasts a few weeks.
Can I use it on a fresh sprain?
No. A swollen or bruised joint after an injury should be seen by a doctor before any massage.
