Does Flekosteel treat arthritis?
No. It is a cosmetic massage gel; arthritis is diagnosed and treated by a doctor, often with physiotherapy.
Why does it feel hot?
The hot pepper oil and warming essential oils create that sensation. If it is too strong, wash it off with cool water.
What if it gets in my eye?
Rinse with plenty of clean water for several minutes; if the burning continues, see a doctor.
How long does a tube last?
Used in small amounts once or twice a day, a tube lasts several weeks.
Is Flekosteel a medicine?
No. Flekosteel is a cosmetic gel and does not treat pain, inflammation or injuries.
When do I hand over the money?
At delivery only. For Flekosteel we will never ask for your card number, PIN or mobile-money password.

An advisor calls to confirm your town, estate, landmark and quantity. Nothing to pay today: you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you.

- Pick up our call. We confirm town, estate, landmark, quantity and delivery day.
- Pay on delivery. The rider hands over the parcel and you pay at that moment.
