No. Cataracts are treated by an eye doctor, often with surgery; no supplement removes them.
Why add up zinc?
If you already take a multivitamin with zinc, too much over time is not good; check the totals.
What if I see a dark curtain in my vision?
Go to an eye doctor or ER immediately; it can be a retinal detachment.
Is Optimax a medicine?
