No. No capsule rebuilds worn cartilage, and none of these ingredients has an approved joint claim.

What is makabuhay?

It is Tinospora crispa, a very bitter vine used in Filipino folk remedies; it has no approved claim.

I am allergic to shrimp. Can I take it?

Ask a doctor or pharmacist first, because glucosamine is usually made from shellfish shells.

How long does the bottle last?

It has 15 capsules; with one a day it lasts about two weeks, or as the label says.

Is Bone Support a medicine?

No. It is a food supplement and does not treat arthritis or osteoporosis.
