We do not make that claim; it is not accepted for a supplement. Sugar is controlled with diet, activity and the treatment your doctor gives.
Can I reduce my metformin?
Never without your doctor. Changing the dose on your own can push sugar up sharply or bring it dangerously low.
Why the warning about gudmar?
Gudmar and some other herbs here may add to the effect of diabetes medicine, so sugar can drop more than expected.
What do I do if I feel shaky and sweaty?
Check your sugar at once. If it is low, take glucose or a sweet drink, and get help if you do not feel better soon.
