Men: Reduce Your Risk for Cancer

The American Institute for Cancer Research created this graphic to show ways that men can reduce their risk for a variety of cancers.

Nearly half of men in the U.S. will get cancer at some point during their lives. Almost 7 out of 10 men in the U.S. are overweight or obese.

Men can lower their risk of the most common cancers in men by eating a healthy diet, being physically active, and staying at a healthy weight.

Staying at a healthy weight can prevent around 30,000 cancers in men each year.
